Where is this Rebate coming from? Will it change the price of the house?
The price of the home remains the same. The home will cost the same and by working with us as your exclusive buyers agent, you will receive up to 50% of our commision. If you approach the house for sale on your own, what happens is that listing agent simply keeps the entire 6%, as stated in the listing agreement.
